My Messages



Occasionally the TimeIPSŪ Station will need to inform System Administrators about changes made in the system, automatic processing status, or settings that need immediate attention. These notifications will show up in the My Messages area.

Security Level Required: Employee (Login Access), Manager, System Administrator, Employee Administrator or Payroll Administrator

Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: My Messages



  • Check Show non-critical messages in sidebar to see new messages in the left pane Main Menu when logged into TimeIPS.
  • Check Send Notifications and messages to my email as well to have notifications sent to your email account.


  • NOTE: Your email account is identified in Administration » Employee Management » Employees » E-mail tab.


To Read a Message:

  • Click on the subject link (in red or blue).

  • NOTE: Use the back icon to return to your messages. Click on the "Move to Trash" button to delete the message.

    NOTE: Deleted messages can be retrieved by clicking on the "[retrieve trashed mail]" link at the top right of the Messages and Notifications page.
