1. Visit the download area and get the current version of the Employee's Guide to TimeIPS template.
2. Review the document
3. Customize the first page to address your employees and to include your company information
4. Remove the sections that don't apply to your installation
5. Proof the resulting document
6. Print or email the document to your employees
