Employee - Emergency Contacts
The employee's Emergency Contact information is optional but recommended as the employee's manager and personnel department can easily access multiple contacts for the employee in case of an emergency.
Security Level Required: Employee Administrator or Payroll Administrator
Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Administration - Employee Management - Employees - Classic View icon.
- Phone Numbers must be entered in the format: XXX.XXX.XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, or (XXX) XXX-XXX
- Check Publicly Viewable if the emergency contact information should be viewable by the employee's manager. If marked as publicly viewable, the manager can go to Administration - Employee Management - Employees, select the employee, and click on the View Summary button.
- Employee Information can be exported into a spreadsheet program using the Employee Import/Export optional module.
