Employee - Administrative Information
Administrative information is used to control the level of access the employee has in TimeIPS.
Security Level Required: Employee Administrator or Payroll Administrator
Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Administration - Employee Management - Employees - Classic View icon.
- The default for a new employee is no login access. Login access is automatically assigned when a username and password are specified in the Personal Information page.
- Employee Information can be exported into a spreadsheet program using the Employee Import/Export optional module.
