Using Global Status Messages



Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Directory



  • This brings you directly to the Employee Status page.

 

 

 

Using Global Controls to Add, Change, or Delete the Default Status Messages:

 

Users with Global Directory Status permissions (Such as Payroll Administrators) can add, change, or delete the default status messages using global controls.

Default status messages are made available to all employees. Additions, removals and changes made to this list are global.

 


     

  • To add a new status message to the default list, click in the box next to Global Status Controls, type your new status message, and click on the Add button. The new status message will be added to the default list for all employees.

 

 



 

  • To delete an existing status message from the default list, click on the drop-down box, select the status message you want to remove and click on the Delete button.
