Enable Remote Service

Some troubleshooting procedures may require a TimeIPS support representative to access your TimeIPS® system. Enabling Remote Service grants them this access.

Using the left pane Main Menu » Administration, click on: System » System Settings

  1. From the System Management tab, click the Enable Remote Service button.
  2.

  3. After reading the Remote Service Authorization, enter your Username and Password.
  4. If the technician indicated they would need access longer than 24 hours, check the "Authorize long-term remote service" box.
  5. Click the Enable Remote Services button.
  6.

After about one minute, the Remote Service Authorization page will show the following message, indicating the request has been completed.
