Entering Company Information for the Directory



Company Information displays on the Company Directory and can be viewed by all employees (with or without login access). Employees can refer to the company directory to get the company's address, phone number, and other important contact information.

Security Level Required: System Administrator

Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Administration » System Administration » Master Configuration



The Master Configuration Page

  1. Enter the Directory Page Company Info using HTML tags.

  2. TIP: IF you are not familiar with HTML coding, use the example HTML code provided. Locate the example information such as phone number and website then replace it with your company's information.

  3. Click on the Submit button to save the changes or the Back icon to leave the page without applying the adjustments.
