2.3 to 2.4 Migration Guide

TimeIPS version 2.4.x offers many upgrades and improvements over version 2.3.x. To make the most of the new version, please review the following changes:

IMPORTANT: TimeIPS 2.x upgrades all core system components. If you are still running 1.x TimeIPS on a hardware server please check compatibility with your model and SN here.

Administrators should know

The system includes a number of enhancements to make compliance with the Final Rule easier to implement. If salary employees are paid less than the new exemption amount, then the overtime policies, benefit employee/employer election, etc may be useful.
