Security

The Enterprise Security Module adds client data encryption, secure web pages, and enhanced firewall protection. To make use of the secure facilities of TimeIPS�, you must first have a signed security certificate. You may select your certificate or create a new certificate.

 

Security Level Required: System Administrator

Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Administration » System Administration » Security

 

1. Enter your Organization's information.
   OR
   Click on the Browse buttons to select your Certificate and Private Key.

 

 

2. Click on the Create/Install Certificate button to create/install the certificate and enable security.

 

 

3. The page reloads and the Certificate Administration information displays on the Security page. All TimeIPS web pages are now secured, designated by the "s" in https://
