LCD Display is Blank
- Adjust LCD contrast knob.
- Restart clock by typing
+ - + - ENTER
on the keypad attached to TimeIPS.
- Check the LCD USB connection and plug it into a different USB port in the back of TimeIPS.
- Check to see that you are able to clock employees in or out. Turn up the speaker and clock in or out (you should still be able to hear "in" or "out").
- Contact TimeIPS Customer Relationship Department for further troubleshooting.
