Restoring an off-site backup.
- Confirm that you have an active off-site backup account and your system has successfully sent a recent backup (Administration - System Administration - Backups - View Backup History).
- Contact TimeIPS Customer Relationship Department to release the backup and for assistance in restoring your off-site backup: 877.846.3256.
