TimeIPS Telephone Clocking Manager's Menu Options



Managers can remotely clock in/out, check status of employees, and record messages for employees using the TimeIPS Telephone Clocking system. Following is a summary of the Manager's Menu options available when calling the Telephone Clocking system.

Manager's Menu - Option 7 from Main Menu


1 - Check Status of an Employee

"Enter Employee's ID followed by # sign" or * to cancel."
{Employee's Status Play}

2 - Check Status of Your Employees

{Employee's Status Play}
1 - Previous Employee
2 - Next Employee
3 - Play Status
9 - Exit

3 - Review or Change a Message for an Employee

"Enter Employee's ID followed by # sign or * to Cancel."
{Employee's Name and message plays}

1 - Review Messages
{Message(s) for Employee Plays}
1 - Play the Previous Message/Backward
2 - Play the Next Message/Forward
3 - Delete the Message
4 - Set the Message Start Date
# - Remove Start Date Requirement
Enter start Date in format YYYYMMDD
5 - Set the Message End Date
# - Remove End Date Requirement
Enter start Date in format YYYYMMDD
6 - Set the Number of Times to Play
# - Remove the Times to Play Limit
Enter the Number of Times to Play Limit
7 - Replay the Message
9 - Exit
2 - Record a New message
{Record after the beep or * to cancel}
1 - Save
{Saved Message Plays}
2 - Record message
3 - Delete the Message
4 - Set the Message Start Date
# - Remove Start Date Requirement

4 - Review or Change a Message for All Employees

1 - Review Message
2 - Record a New message

1 - Save
{Saved Message Plays}
2 - Re-record
3 - Delete the Message
4 - Set the Message Start Date
# - Remove Start Date Requirement
Enter start Date in format YYYYMMDD
5 - Set the Message End Date
# - Remove End Date Requirement
Enter start Date in format YYYYMMDD
6 - Set the Number of Times to Played
# - Remove the Times to Play Limit
Enter the Number of Times to Play Limit
7 - Replay the Message
9 - Exit

5 - Reset an Employee's PIN Number

"Enter Employee's ID followed by # sign."
{Employee's Name is played}

1 - Confirm Employee
{PIN Number is Reset; Employee will be Prompted to Setup a New PIN on next VOIP call}
9 - Exit
