Clocked-In/Currently In Employees

The Currently In Employees page displays all employees by department that are currently clocked in. This view can be used to determine if an employee is present at any given time and to ensure that all employees clock out at the end of the shift.

Security Level Required: Employee (Login Access), Manager, System Administrator, Employee Administrator, or Payroll Administrator

Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: Directory » Clocked-In

The Currently In Employees Page

 

• The employee name format can be set by the System Administration in Master Configuration.

 

 

• You can view the Currently In Employees page from each TimeIPS time station by connecting a computer monitor to your TimeIPS system and selecting Draw Employee List in the Client Configuration.

   

  The IPSIPS optional module is required.

   

• Managers can view the number of hours their clocked-in employees have worked so far today, based on the employee's work week. Employee Administrators and Payroll Administrators can view the number of hours worked so far today for any clocked-in employee.

   

  Employee's work week/day start times can be customized through Payroll Settings with the Payroll Integration and Benefits Tracking optional module.
