An Employee's Guide to TimeIPS can be created to help employees understand and use your new TimeIPS system. The typical process to create a guide follows:

1. Visit the table of contents for your TimeIPS version and review areas and features of TimeIPS employees are likely to use.
2. Create a document to address your employees and to include your company information
3. Add sections that apply to your installation
4. Proof the resulting document
5. Print or email the document to your employees
