Configuring and Installing a Network Clock
Not all TimeIPS systems include a Network Clock. If yours does, please see the Installation Guide for standard configuration and installation instructions. If you need a copy of the manual, please contact TimeIPS technical support or visit support.timeips.com under Downloads.
Advanced Network Options
The TimeIPS network clocks can be configured to look for a server at any IP or domain name. You can plug a USB keyboard into the clock to type a domain name. Or, you can log into the clock from a PC (point your web browser to the IP of the clock) and set it that way.
TimeIPS network clocks can be configured to talk on any port that you want. Specify the port by putting a / or : after the domain. For example:
timeserver.mycompany.com:8080 timeserver.mycompany.com/8080
