Enable Remote Service
Some troubleshooting procedures may require a TimeIPS support representative to access your TimeIPS® system. Enabling Remote Service grants them this access.
Using the left pane Main Menu » Administration, click on: System » System Settings
- From the System Management tab, click the Enable Remote Service button.
- After reading the Remote Service Authorization, enter your Username and Password.
- If the technician indicated they would need access longer than 24 hours, check the "Authorize long-term remote service" box.
- Click the Enable Remote Services button.
After about one minute, the Remote Service Authorization page will show the following message, indicating the request has been completed.
