Data Recovery



In the event of severe hard drive corruption, without the use of backups, a company may wish to rely on a third party data recovery service to try and retrieve any valuable inforamtion from the damaged drive.

Please note that TimeIPS does not endorse these companies.  This information is simply provided here as a convenience for our customers.

 

Drive Savers

Drive Savers evaluates situations on a case-by-case basis, depending on turn around time, and the complexity of the recovery. However, the size of the drive does not really affect the price. Whether they are recovering 1 GB or 1 TB, the price is the same.

Drive Savers does cover shipping if it is being shipped within the continental United States.

Their recovery facility does include an ISO 5 clean room.

The estimated repair time for a standard HDD is roughly 2 - 12 hours. For an SSD, the estimate is 8 - 24 hours.

The cost of return shipping is covered if it is being shipped to the continental United States.

Data Recovery System's facility does include an ISO 5 clean room.

If no data can be recovered, there is no charge.
