Enable Remote Services
The Network Clock is primarily used to clock in and out. The clock also offers a System Menu which can be used to configure the device and access other functions. This article covers how to enable Remote Service from your network clock.
In some situations, TimeIPS support may ask you to enable remote service to troubleshoot issues at the clock. To do this, start at the main screen and press Enter without entering a badge number. Then, go down to Remote Service and press Enter again. Select Enable and press Enter again.
Remote service will automatically deactivate when the clock restarts.
