Set Log Level
The Network Clock is primarily used to clock in and out. The clock also offers a System Menu which can be used to configure the device and access other functions. This article covers how to set the Log Level.
In some cases, TimeIPS Support may ask for additional logging to be turned on at the clock. If so, enter the system menu by pressing Enter without entering a badge number. Then, go down to Logging. Select one of the three levels. Higher levels log with greater detail, but this reduces the amount of time that is stored in the logs. Logs are only available to TimeIPS support technicians for troubleshooting purposes.
