Partial Data Reset

TimeIPS allows select types of data to be cleared or reset. This is primarily used to remove test data on a new system, but can also be used to clear old and usused data on a mature system.

Before using any of these options, we strongly recommend making a backup of your data and contacting TimeIPS technical support.

Using the left pane Main Menu » Administration, click on: System » Backups

At the very bottom of the page is the Partial Data Reset section.

• Clicking the Open Partial Data Resen Page button will bring up the following list of select types of data available for pruning, deleting and reseting.

• Select All Divisions or choose a specific division. Some of the options may "grey out" and therefore are not able to be selected for a specific division.
  Note: Only data from the selected division(s) will be reset.
• Check the boxes to the left of the actions you wish to perform.
• Click the Reset Selected Data button to commit the reset.
