My Work History

Employees can view their work history and leave notes regarding their time in and out for their manager.

Using the left pane Main Menu, click on: My Work History under My TimeIPS

Add a Note

• To add a Note to the event, click the + (plus) sign next to the clock event.

• After typing the note, decide whether to Email the Note to your manager and any third party you added in the Company/Divisions.
  NOTE: This option is only available if a manager and/or a third party email address has been assigned.
  To add a third party email address, see the Division Management article.
• Then click the Save Row button.
