Work Order Report

The Work Order report shows jobs worked on selected work orders.

Module Required: Real-Time Work Order Tracking (IPSJWO).

Using the left pane Main Menu » Administration, click on: Reports » Special Reports

Special Reports provide information and data from the system beyond the standard Time Edit/Report. Select a report by clicking on the report name.

Under Clocking, click on: Work Order Report

• Select a Work Order from the drop down list, or leave it at "No Work Order" to view clock events without a work order.

• Select a report range from the drop down menu. You can choose from the Last completed calendar week, the Current (incomplete) calendar week, or a Selected date range. If "Selected date range" is chosen, then also Enter the start and end date for the report. The report always covers a span of exactly seven days.
  NOTE: Days included in the "calendar week" options, begin and end on the employee's work day boundary as defined by the employee's workweek group.

• Select employee group to filter which Employees you would like to see in the report. It works in conjunction with Employee Selection Groups, and your custom presets will appear in the list.The Manage link opens up the Selection Groups page where you can customize which employees to include in a preset group.

• If the report should Show Work Orders with no worked time, select "Yes". Otherwise, select "No".

• Click on the Run Report button.
